23 years of Inway Systems
A journey through our company history
For more than 23 years now, we have been working on the digital heart – and thus on the digitalisation of businesses. With a great deal of passion and hard work, we have continued to develop since our first project in 2003 – from a small team of two dedicated consultants, where everyone was, in a way, still the boss, to a solid medium-sized company and a certified Microsoft Partner.
Today, we have six offices across Germany, hold the ‘Top Consultant’ title and have been officially recognised – with an official award from Great Place to Work – as one of Germany’s best employers in two out of the last 23 years. Unofficially, of course, we’ve always been one. Here you can see everything else we’ve managed to achieve over the past 22 years.

The story of our kingfisher Ivy
The kingfisher is a fascinating bird that has great significance for us. Not only is our corporate design in the typical colours of the kingfisher, but it also embodies important values and characteristics for us as a company.
It is known for its speed, agility and precision. For us, these characteristics stand for efficiency, flexibility and quality in everything we do. The kingfisher is also a very social animal that lives in communities. Thus, we see it as a symbol of team spirit, cooperation and responsibility in our company.
